Daily Visit Recap

The Daily Visit Recap is one of the most important tools you will need to manage your practice on a daily basis. Updated automatically each day, this report allows you to set daily benchmarks and be alerted each time any of these benchmarks are not met. For example if your goal is to see 10 or more patients per day and keep your bad debt to a maximum of 20%. This tool would automatically send you an e-mail letting you know if you missed a benchmark. You could then login to see what went wrong. This report allows our clients to know what’s happening 30-45 days sooner the any other billing company.
